About Us
My name is Jennifer Michelle Ross. I am 19 years old and can't wait to turn 20 on November 7th 2012. I have one brother named Justin Ross who is four years older than me. I love science and I am looking forward to become a
GP doctor, following in the footsteps of my Aunt Fiona and my late grandpa. I love getting to know new people and I love helping people in any way I possibly can; hence the reason I think I would enjoy being a doctor who gets to interact with people on a day to day basis. I am hoping to transfer to either Dalhousie University or University of Toronto in Canada where I will obtain a degree in Biology and then proceeding on to medical school.
My name is Eden Richardson and I am 17 years old - eagerly looking forward to turning 18 this May! :) I graduated from home school last year and began taking classes at Bermuda College in the spring. I am interested in becoming a doctor and look forward to applying my passion for science to help others. You'll also learn that my favorite part of any Science course is the lab periods - particularly "wet labs"! :) For me, getting to put into practice the information I learn during lectures is the most exciting aspect of learning science.
When I am not busy taking lecture notes or measuring weird chemicals in the lab, you can find me enjoying a myriad of hobbies at home. I love music and enjoy playing classical songs on the piano. I also love knitting and crocheting. You might get to see me wearing one of the many scarves I've made in my free time. I am also an avid reader in my ever-decreasing free time; biographies are my favorite books. :) On the weekends, I volunteer with St. John Ambulance as a medic so you might find me in one of the ambulances that are a common sight at major public events and sporting competitions. In addition to being a science nerd, I am also "big sister" to 3 younger siblings - all of whom are currently homeschooled by our parents and have also taken an interest in studying one form of science or another.
